In December of 2024 I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer after months of pain…I thought I had a series of injuries that weren’t healing, but nope! Advanced cancer!

Writing has helped me process a lot of this life changing experience, and it has brought me peace and helped grow and strengthen my community….which I think it a big part of my healing journey!
